Return Exchange & Cancellation policy

 

EXCHANGE 

Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs contact us immediately.

You may contact us via e-mail at [email protected] or raise a query as well. 

Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Once the product has been exchanged it can’t be exchanged again.Exchange is to be made within 5 days of date of delivery.

HOW TO EXCHANGE? 

You can raise a query in query section regarding your exchange with your order number. Our team will co-ordinate with you accordingly. 

RETURN : We humbly don’t take returns on items sold once.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, contact us immediately.We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from us  it is well-checked before. 

Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

When Exchange is not accepted?

1. Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. There is 5% Color difference due hand printed nature of the fabric, light,photography and other reasons.
2. Exchange is not acceptable  if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. We use the best material we get our hands on and the material description is mentioned in our description.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation is not acceptable once the payment is been made.

REFUND POLICY

Marwadrorang does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer a size exchange option for purchased items.
