Review your selection by clicking the bag icon at the top right of the page and selecting ‘View Cart’. You can use the ‘Remove Item’ link to delete items from your shopping bag. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button. To complete your order, click on the ‘Proceed to Check Out’ button.
NO, You can browse through the collections without creating an account, select merchandise you like and even buy without creating an account. You may choose the GUEST CHECKOUT option to further proceed without creating an account.

On the checkout page feed in the code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field and click on apply. The revised total will be displayed on your screen.

In case you receive a damaged product, please reach us on our Instagram or write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours.

We will then arrange for a pick up and ship a new product.

Orders once placed cannot be modified.

The size which the model is wearing is mentioned in the product description on each product page on our webstore.

We offer customisations pertaining to shorter dress length, sleeve length, neckline depth. We also offer different customised designs from the fabric available at that moment. Shipping/Delivery

All standard orders will be shipped in 3-4 business days from the day you place your order.

Generally, all orders are received in 3-8 days after that.

After Your Order Has Been Successfully Placed, You Will Immediately Receive A Confirmation And Order Details Via Email. Once Your Products Have Been Shipped, You Will Be Notified Via Email.

In Case There Is Any Unusual Event Or Complication That Leads To A Delay In Shipping Your Order, You Will Immediately Receive An Update From Our End- With Reasons And The Revised Shipping And Delivery Timelines.

Within India, we ship through registered courier companies. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Exchange/Cancellation

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned within 2 working days after delivery. EXCHANGE ONLY ON SIZE BASIS.

Payments

We use Razorpay Secure to process domestic and international payments on our website. If the gateway does not respond or shows as payment failed, you can get in touch with us on [email protected]

We accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards/credit cards. Within India you can also pay via other card issuers, UPI, net banking or wallets. When you select a product, add it to cart and check out, you will automatically be taken to the payment page where you can complete the order with your preferred mode of payment.

Care Instructions/Product

All our items are hand-block printed, and might experience variations of color, design and slight irregularities. These peculiarities are the hallmark of handcrafted products and make each of them an exquisite one-of-its-kind piece.

They have been printed using natural dyes and might carry certain irregularities, which add to its unique charm.

Hand wash all garments separately in cold water using very mild detergent and put them for drying inside out in shade. You can gently rub the fabric while washing. For ironing either use a steam iron or iron them on low heat on the reverse side.

All our garments are made out of pre-washed fabrics and consequently shrinkage is not possible. Please do not use harsh detergents (like starch, bleach, stain removers, etc) on any garments while washing or otherwise.

Please note that any subtle imperfections or irregularities in the weave, texture and colours of garments are a natural outcome of handcrafted, hand block printed or handmade textiles and not a defect. Unique weaving and block print markings and imperfections are a result of the handmade process and show the makers touch making each piece unique.
